PASSWORD RULES
- Length: 10 characters min, 16 characters max
- Complexity: The password must not contain personal information like username, name or
surname.
The password must contain characters from at least three of the following
categories:
- Uppercase letters (A through Z)
- Lowercase letters (a through z)
- Numbers (0 through 9)
- Special characters ( ~!@#$%^&*_-=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/ )
- History: the password must be different from the 24 previously used
- Duration: the password must be changed within 90 days since the last change
- Age: the password cannot be updated again before 24 hours since last change
- SAP: for SAP compatibility DO NOT use same three chars at beginning of the password. xxxMyS3cr3tPassw0rd will be refused by SAP systems.
